Rae Shearn is a well-known attorney with 35 years of experience. In 1999, she joined the private criminal defense business and opened legal offices in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties in Florida. Her credentials include being a death-qualified criminal defense attorney, which she obtained in 1999. Shearn has always been strong and persistent in representing her clients, whether they are charged with DUI or a grave felony.

Rae Shearn was a professional ballerina and fine arts dancer before becoming a prosecutor for former Attorney General Janet Reno in 1987. She had a dancing career that lasted 20 years. She performed for Martha Graham, a renowned creative director and choreographer recognized as the "Mother of Modern Dance." She also collaborated with choreographer Donald McKayle, well known for his work on the Sophisticated Ladies.
